TwitterFon is a free Twitter application for your iPhone. It's a little basic compared to paid or ad supported apps like Twitterrific, but it works perfectly for most Twitter users.
From TwitterFon you can tweet normally, post pictures from your iPhone, and links from Safari using a bookmarklet. You can check people's profiles and feeds, re-tweet and search Twitter.
The interface is fairly simple. Navigation is via the five buttons at the bottom of the display, and you can follow links or pictures in tweets by clicking on the link icon on any post. the display is clear, and pretty intuitive although it's missing a back button. It's a shame URL sharing isn't better integrated, but that's partly due to the lack of cut and paste in the iPhone's operating system.
TwitterFon is a basic looking and functional Twitter client. Some people may prefer Twitterrific, but this is free and has no advertisements!
You're not allowed to share serial numbers, cracks, etc. or link to pages that contain them. If you do, your user account will be deleted, your IP address logged and legal action will be taken.
